Carol Warkoczewski

Carol is the Owner, chief facilitator, and consultant at Synergy Builders. Other professionals may be utilized to enhance a workshop, meeting, or training based on the client's needs. Carol is a registered architect and has held positions of project manager, assistant director of resource management, and chief of operations. She builds leaders, teams, and organizations while promoting organizational and individual excellence.

Carol holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Ethics (MSOLE) from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas, and Bachelor of Science from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin.

Carol is also certified to facilitate Cultural Transformation Tools to individuals and organizations, the Organizational Leadership Assessment, and is a certified trainer of Managing Workplace Conflict. Read Carol's bio.

Carla Warkoczewski

Carla is the administrative key at Synergy Builders, as well as an assistant at workshops and seminars.

Carla holds an Associate of Arts degree in Foreign Language (Spanish) and an Associate of Science degree in Natural Science. She is completing her Bachelors of Science degree in Social Science.
Lindrea (Lin) Sealy
Lin has a 38-year career in architectural design, teaching, and project management here and abroad. Through the years, she has served as a designer, business owner, facilities manager, senior project manager, partner for a large A/E practice, and finally as Senior Staff Architect for the University of Texas System, managing some of the largest projects ever built by the UT System. Her last five years have been spent in realigning project teams as well as scope/budgets/schedules, and developing knowledge-sharing tools within the UT System. Lin has learned that all facets of the design and construction industry demand creative thinking, partnerships, and people skills.

Over the years, her expertise has grown particularly in healthcare and laboratory design, project management, construction documentation, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, team building, economic & sustainability, project insurances, and delivery methods.

Lin is a registered architect in the U.S. and United Kingdom, and holds an NCARB certificate. She resides in Austin, Texas.
