"Our partnering session last week was terrific. I appreciate how Carol was diligent about the start and stop times for the meeting as well as that she shared some personal info/background at the beginning of the session to help people warm up and be comfortable opening up a bit. The small group sessions were productive as that interaction really helped people connect more than just sitting around a table. Also, the pre-work Carol had us do included individual interviews and a communications style test which made the actual partnering session a lot more productive as she was already aware of the topics that were needing to be addressed. Overall, Carol was very well prepared from a facilitation perspective and the partnering session was very successful!!!"
